Job summary

AGS CONSULT is seeking a civil site supervisor to oversee daily site operations and manage construction teams at Subang Jaya, Malaysia. The role requires ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements, with a focus on safety and quality.

The candidate should possess a Civil Engineering degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and preferably IR. first level and geotechnical/slope repair background. Salary is negotiable and based on experience.

• Minimum a Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and supervise construction teams to ensure work progresses according to the approved schedule and specifications.
• Supervise and monitor daily construction (slope) activities on site.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship complies with the required quality standards.
• Enforce site safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Resolve technical and site coordination issues promptly and effectively.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports.
• Verify completed works and maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants and relevant authorities when required.
