The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in project management and must communicate proficiently in Mandarin. The role includes managing schedules, budgets, and liaising with clients and internal teams, ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project engineering or project management in construction environments.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients from China.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation through completion.
• Plan and control project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with design, production, procurement, and quality teams throughout project execution.
• Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Conduct technical meetings and maintain communication with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Apply cost control and value engineering techniques to enhance project efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on engineering support.
• Mentor junior engineers and supervise project team members.
