Job summary

A construction firm is seeking a Senior Civil and Structural Autocad Drafter in Kuching, Sarawak. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry, and proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. Responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings, reviewing project accuracy, and maintaining document revisions. Immediate position available.

Qualifications

• Working experience in Bridge Engineering will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD 2D, familiar with BIM software will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with engineers to understand the project requirements and deliver precise draft plans.
• Prepare drawing for reinforced concrete and steel detailing.
• Review drawings for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all drafting tasks are completed with schedule.
• Maintain and update revisions of all project drawings.
• File documents according to the document control system and perform additional duties as needed.
