• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Citrix administration and support.
• Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps, Citrix Virtual Desktops, and Citrix Cloud.
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Citrix & Nutanix-related incidents.
• Install, configure, and maintain Citrix products to meet business requirements.
• Work with project managers to prioritize and structure work for team.
