We're looking for a Senior Modeler with a sharp eye for stylized design and the ability to bring adorable, iconic characters and props to life. You should be passionate about both quality and mentorship, and capable of quickly aligning with the team’s artistic goals.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Specialize in stylized and cute modeling, demonstrating the ability to create high-quality, in-game models.
  • Understand and accurately follow art direction, specifications, and technical requirements for the project.
  • Create models with efficient topology, well-laid-out UVs, and optimized geometry for game performance.
  • Retopologize sculpted geometry to game-ready models.
  • Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of work.
  • Collaborate closely with the art team, showcasing strong communication skills to ensure an efficient and cohesive workflow.
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level modelers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in game modeling, texturing, and materials creation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the game workflows and pipelines.
  • Ability to accurately interpret initial briefs or 2D concepts and translate them into 3D character models.
  • Strong skills in texturing and painting, with a focus on achieving high quality hand-painted art style.
  • Proficiency in hand-painting different types of objects and materials.
  • Skilled in hard surface and organic modeling.
  • Expertise in 3D modeling tools such as Maya and ZBrush.
  • Advanced skills in Substance Painter and Photoshop for texturing.
  • Solid grasp of human anatomy, form, and silhouette to create stylized game models.
  • Passionate and motivated to join Game Industry.
  • Open to talents from SEA countries, with priority given to Malaysian artist.
  • Willingness to work onsite or relocate.
Bonus
  • Familiarity with Unity, including asset integration workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages to enhance efficiency and improve workflows.
