Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications/Public Relations/Marketing or similar with 2–5 years’ experience in event management and public relations.
• Experience liaising with government bodies/regulatory authorities and universities for outreach.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages an advantage.
• Willing to work in Kuantan, Malaysia and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic communications plans that support CEPA goals and protect reputation.
• Create content and manage social media channels.
• Liaise with stakeholders, manage media relations, plan and organise events, educate the community on rare earth and radiation safety.
• Prepare evaluation methods, assess program impact, and draft technical compliance reports.
