About the Role

As a Senior Captain - Banquet Operations, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
  • Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
