Responsibilities

Conduct routine calibration and maintenance on various measurement and testing instruments to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Document calibration procedures, results, and any necessary adjustments in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Utilize advanced calibration equipment and software to analyze and document results effectively.

Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement calibration protocols and schedules.

Identify and troubleshoot issues with calibration equipment, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.

Maintain accurate calibration records and assist in audits as required.

Conduct detailed root cause analysis and troubleshooting of calibration discrepancies and equipment failures.

Participate in internal and external audits related to calibration and quality assurance.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

Qualifications

Diploma / Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in calibration or instrumentation.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in calibration of measurement and test equipment.

Strong understanding of calibration standards and quality assurance practices.

Preferred: Certification from a recognized calibration organization.

Experience with automated calibration systems and software.

Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 17025 or other quality management systems.

Proficient with calibration equipment and tools including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and pressure gauges.

Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Experience with data analysis and reporting software.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

A proactive approach to continuous improvement and quality assurance.
