A leading technology firm in Southeast Asia is seeking a proactive Buyer & Logistics Executive to manage procurement and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and at least 3 years of experience in logistics. Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers, managing shipment processes, and utilizing ERP systems like Epicor and Acumatica. Strong communication skills in English, Chinese, and Malay are essential. This position is based in Malaysia, Penang, Seberang Perai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics.
• Knowledge of HS Code classification and customs compliance.
• Experience in Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse licensing.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes.
