Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide expert advice on packaging, warehousing, and automation solutions.

Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the packaging, warehousing, and automation sectors.
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to closure, aligning solutions to meet customer needs and objectives.
- Increase market share by identifying industry trends and adapting strategies to capture new segments.

Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute a business development plan to meet or exceed the budget set by the company.

Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with internal teams (product development, operations, marketing) to ensure customer requirements are met with tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activity to provide innovative solutions to customers.
