We are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. At Syspex Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd — Southeast Asia’s leading provider of packaging, warehousing, and automation solutions — you’ll play a key role in helping businesses transform their supply chains with smarter and more sustainable solutions

What you’ll do
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the packaging, warehousing, automation, logistics, and manufacturing sectors, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and strengthen long‑term partnerships with customers, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor for automation, packaging, and warehousing solutions.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for customer inquiries, providing expert advice and ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, helping customers adopt innovative and sustainable solutions.

What we’re looking for
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in solution selling (industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, automation or B2B equipment preferred).
  • Strong relationship‑building, communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Mandarin proficiency is required to serve Mandarin‑speaking customers.
  • Open to outstation travel for client visits when required.
