What you’ll do
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the packaging, warehousing, automation, logistics, and manufacturing sectors, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and strengthen long‑term partnerships with customers, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor for automation, packaging, and warehousing solutions.
- Serve as the key point of contact for customer inquiries, providing expert advice and ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, helping customers adopt innovative and sustainable solutions.

What we’re looking for
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in solution selling (industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, automation or B2B equipment preferred).
- Strong relationship‑building, communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Mandarin proficiency is required to serve Mandarin‑speaking customers.
- Open to outstation travel for client visits when required.
