We are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. At Syspex Mechatronic (M) Sdn Bhd — Southeast Asia’s leading provider of packaging, warehousing, and automation solutions — you’ll play a key role in helping businesses transform their supply chains with smarter and more sustainable solutions
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the packaging, warehousing, automation, logistics, and manufacturing sectors, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Build and strengthen long‑term partnerships with customers, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor for automation, packaging, and warehousing solutions.
Serve as the key point of contact for customer inquiries, providing expert advice and ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive measurable business outcomes.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, helping customers adopt innovative and sustainable solutions.

Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in solution selling (industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, automation or B2B equipment preferred).
Strong relationship‑building, communication, presentation, and relationship‑buildings skills.
Mandarin proficiency is required to serve Mandarin‑speaking customers.
Open to outstation travel for client visits when required.
