Job description
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth in Vietnam and Cambodia.
  • Manage and grow multi-tier, multi-segment product portfolios across diverse consumer groups.
  • Lead distributor management including business planning, sales execution, and campaign activation.
  • Analyze sell-out performance to uncover gaps, opportunities, and category growth potential.
  • Create and localize regional marketing campaigns for impactful market execution.
  • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain tracking process, ensuring timely issue escalation and resolution.
  • Lead the demand planning process with distributors, including sell-out analysis, sell-in forecasting, and shipment planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logistics) to support market expansion.
  • Build a strong communication culture and empower partners with product and market knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
