Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute brand and business objectives, ensuring achievement of KPIs.
  • Manage brand A&P and full P&L to maximize investments and ensure positive ROI.
  • Collaborate with demand planning team on forecasting for launches and monthly business needs.
  • Co-develop and implement commercial business plans with the Brand Manager.
  • Partner with marketing team to deliver integrated marketing strategies for product launches and promotional activities, aimed at brand growth and awareness.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online engagement and sales.
  • Establish and enforce brand merchandising guidelines across all retail channels.
  • Independently lead and drive brand objectives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations).
  • Build strong relationships with trade partners to ensure consistent and impactful brand exposure.
  • Consolidate post-campaign reports, analyze sales results, and measure ROI for management reporting.
  • Oversee forecasting and sampling management for product launches, trade promotions, and retailer activities.
  • Manage product registration process in Malaysia, ensuring timely approvals.
  • Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitor activities, and recommend proactive strategies.
  • Ensure seamless execution of product launches and trade marketing activities according to the Marketing Calendar, with the goal of increasing awareness, customer recruitment, retention, and consumption.
  • Track and analyze business and channel sales performance, providing follow-up action plans.
  • Full responsibility for budget management and financial performance of the brand.
