Senior Brand Executive/Assistant Brand Manager

The Senior Brand Executive/Assistant Manager is responsible for leading campaign proposals, execution, and management, ensuring precise client requirements, effective communication across departments, and successful campaign implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management and Client Liaison Meet and collaborate with clients to gather detailed campaign requirements, manage timelines, and oversee planning while continuously monitoring campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Briefing and Strategy Formulation Brief media, creative, and third-party partners while assisting in the development of marketing strategies aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Research and Proposal Development Compile comprehensive data on client products/services, competitors, customer behaviour, and market factors to analyse and effectively support agency proposals. Assist senior members in developing 360‑degree campaign proposals.
  • Client Relationship Management and Presentations Act as the primary contact to manage client expectations and satisfaction. Present campaign proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their objectives.
  • Campaign Execution and Collaboration Lead the end-to-end execution of 360‑degree campaigns. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments including creative (designers and copywriters), production, digital, and media teams.
  • Negotiation Skills and Financial Management Negotiate with clients to align messaging and timelines effectively. Negotiate with third-party vendors for optimal resources and budget savings. Manage quotations, invoices, and third-party claims.
