Job summary

Zohorecruit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Engineer to build and maintain API/UI automation test scenarios for the new generation of HKJC betting system. This is a hands-on technical role, developing automation scripts and performing daily automated test execution.

You will design and implement automated tests across API and UI, write test plans and cases from business requirements, contribute to the automation framework, and tackle data migration and data comparison testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT, CS or related engineering.
6+ years in system testing.
4+ years hands-on test automation, testing frameworks.
4+ years programming/scripting + SQL/DB or Linux shell.
Experience designing/implementing test automation with Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket, and Cucumber-JVM.
Strong API/UI automation experience with Selenium, Appium, Rest-assured, SoapUI and a BDD.

Responsibilities

Conduct system automation testing over company software modules.
Design, develop and execute automated tests using vendor software and in-house tools.
Write automation test plans, cases and business scenarios for API/UI tests.
Contribute to automation framework design and tackle complex technical challenges.
Familiar with data migration testing and data comparison testing.
Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
