Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Professional credentials such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or MICPA are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical audit function, ensuring ISA/IFRS/MFRS compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to audit teams on complex accounting and auditing issues.
• Review and enhance audit methodologies, templates and tools to align with best practices.
• Monitor changes in auditing standards and regulations and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training programs to upskill audit teams on technical standards and practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert in resolving technical queries and managing reviews.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive audit quality and innovation.
• Lead and manage projects related to audit technical initiatives and quality improvement programs.
