About the role
As a Senior Audit Associate at CHW & CO', you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality financial auditing services to our diverse range of clients. This full-time position is based in the vibrant city of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, offering opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Identifying and addressing potential risks and internal control weaknesses
• Preparing detailed audit reports and recommendations for clients
• Supervising and mentoring junior audit team members
• Continuously updating your knowledge of industry regulations and best practices

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in external auditing or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and audit methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using audit software (aBot) and data analysis tools (excel, words)
• A recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or CA)
