Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of various insolvency engagements such as liquidations, and receiverships.
- Attend to statutory and compliance procedures for insolvency engagements.
- Assist seniors/managers in restructuring engagements.
- Assist seniors/managers in investigative work for assets recovery.
- Liaise with stakeholders, creditors, lawyers, and other advisors.
- Draft reports, correspondences, and other deliverables to clients and other parties such as financial institutions and authorities.
Requirements
- Preferably a degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
- Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with a strong grasp of economic indicators.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- A dedicated, resourceful, analytical and results-orientated team player.
- Able to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail and enjoy solving problems.
- Able to interpret and analyse financial statements.
- Computer literate, well-versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other day-to-day office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the workplace.
