Our client is a leading global provider of water treatment solutions and high-performance industrial technologies, serving customers across manufacturing, utilities, and high-tech industries. They are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Marketing Associate to support growth in the Data Centre and Microelectronics segments across Southeast Asia. This role blends market insight, innovation support, and hands‑on marketing execution to strengthen the company's presence in fast-growing, technology‑driven sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, customer buying behaviours, competitor activities, and segment opportunities.
  • Prepare insights, reports, and data analyses to support commercial strategies and sales planning.
  • Coordinate innovation-related activities including product trials, pilot programs, launch support, and post-launch hypercare.
  • Assist in adapting new technologies and developing localized market insights for new product development.
  • Support account‑based marketing initiatives, including growth planning for key customers, budgeting input, performance reviews, and gap analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on forecasting, customer insights, and segment planning.
  • Organize and execute marketing events, trade shows, seminars, and internal/external campaigns.
  • Develop and design marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, digital content, and social media materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and customer‑facing activities.
  • Manage booth concepts, agendas, and promotional materials for exhibitions and customer engagements.
