Job description

About Involve Asia

Involve Asia is a leading partnership marketing platform that connects advertisers with affiliates, influencers, content creators, and other partners to grow their business through performance-based marketing. We’re on a mission to empower the digital economy across Southeast Asia and beyond, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to grow with us.

About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven and commercially-minded Associate / Senior Associate, Digital Performance Marketing to join our team. This role is all about using paid media strategically to drive measurable revenue outcomes. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across key media buying platforms focusing on cost-efficiency and profit margin, not just scale.

This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of paid campaigns. Success in this role is defined by your ability to operate profitably and uncover new growth opportunities through media buying.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns to drive conversions across ad channels including display, programmatic, search and social platforms.
  • Develop campaign strategies based on expected outcomes, using performance metrics such as Conversion Rate, CPA, eCPA, CTR, etc. to make informed decisions.
  • Continuously test and refine audience targeting, ad creatives, and landing page experiences.
  • Monitor performance daily to ensure campaign efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to maintain strong margins.
  • Use analytics tools to identify insights and inform campaign adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and leverage creative or technical support where needed.
  • Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform changes, and best practices.

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns with a performance focus.
  • Strong command of one or more key advertising platforms (display/programmatic is a must)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS or margin-based performance targets.
  • Analytical thinker with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and ad platform reporting.
  • Comfortable working with data to guide decisions and optimize results.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments with a high degree of ownership.
  • Someone with attention to detail and looks beyond the numbers – thinking critically about optimisation and areas for improvement.
