Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager- Group Accounts (Property Development)

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial role and exposure to the property development and investment industry

Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Excel and IFCA accounting software are added advantages

Manage timelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting in light of tight schedules

Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills

Possess a positive working attitude and excellent interpersonal skills with high integrity

Job Descriptions

  • Review the preparation of monthly financial and management reports
  • Supervise and guide subordinates by coordinating day-to-day operational activities and assisting them in task completion
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and informative reports, the accuracy of accounting data, and improved efficiency
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other regulatory statutory authorities
  • Assist in preparing annual group financial budgets and ensure the accuracy of financial projections
  • Assist in implementing internal controls and process improvement within accounting and operational processes continuously
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor
