Job summary

Genpact in Malaysia is hiring a Sr. Associate - F&A - I2C to join the AR and cash application team.

You will handle cash allocation aligned with customer remittances and serve as SME for AR process across entities, ensuring accurate daily reconciliation and timely reporting. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, experience with accounts receivable and cash applications, and the ability to create SOPs, resolve disputes, and liaise with clients to secure accurate financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Experience in accounts receivable and cash application processes.
• Understanding of AR value chain and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Understand cash allocation in line with remittances and provide reporting.
• Collaborate between AR entities and manage aged receivables.
• Create and update SOPs and respond to client queries.
• Identify and resolve cash issues and ensure end-to-end cash applications.
