About the Role

As Senior Art Director, you’ll own the creative vision and execution of design projects across all media. This role is a mix of hands‑on design expertise and strategic leadership, ensuring every campaign, digital asset, and brand initiative is visually compelling, on‑strategy, and innovative.

You’ll be reporting to the Creative Director and lead, inspire, and mentor designers and creatives, translating ideas into powerful visuals that resonate with audiences and elevate the BJAK brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Define the visual direction for campaigns, projects, and brand initiatives. Mentor designers, copywriters, and junior art directors to deliver creative excellence.

  • Collaborate & Execute: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to transform briefs into innovative, high‑impact concepts.

  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Guarantee that all design outputs align with BJAK’s visual identity and brand standards.

  • Present & Advocate: Share creative concepts and solutions with internal stakeholders and leadership, ensuring clarity and buy‑in.

  • Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

  • Stay Ahead: Keep up‑to‑date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure BJAK’s creative output remains fresh, bold, and competitive.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or related field

  • 6+ years of experience in art direction, creative design, or advertising

  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital campaigns, above‑the‑line & below‑the‑line mediums

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry‑standard design tools

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills

  • Strong conceptual, strategic, and visual thinking with exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and high‑growth environment
