Job Description

Responsible for providing architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies, and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of an assigned project.

  • May manage groups of architects, designers, or specialists.
  • May work on modest size projects or assist higher‑grade Project Architectural/Engineering Managers.
  • Utilise advanced architectural software such as REVIT and AutoCAD to create detailed design documentation and 3D visualisations.
Qualifications
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in architecture recognised by the Board of Architects preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Railway/Transport projects.
  • 7–12 years of experience in architectural projects; international experience in Singapore, Australia, the Middle East, US, or UK is desirable but not essential.
  • Being registered with the Board of Architects will be an advantage.
  • Experience leading end‑to‑end large‑scale projects, including conceptual design, design development, facilitation, communication, and technical coordination with client and design consultant teams.
  • Good communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
  • Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD.
