Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Architect who combines strong design leadership with hands-on project management.
You will lead direction, oversee your own projects, and guide others to ensure excellence across the firm’s work.

This role suits a proactive architect who enjoys both creative direction and practical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and coordination of architectural projects from concept to completion.

Guide and mentor architects, designers, and interns.

Work closely with the Dato Ar Nafisah Radin on direction and approvals.

Ensure drawings and documentation meet quality, technical, and regulatory standards.

Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and clients.

Participate in design reviews, presentations, and authority submissions.

Support design-build coordination when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (recognized by LAM).

Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit (BIM experience is an advantage).

Strong understanding of UBBL, building codes, and local authority processes.

Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Able to manage multiple projects independently and lead a small team.
