Job summary

  • Working experience in Cobol and SQL.
  • Experience in database management is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to coordinate and align multiple parties.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of business-related applications to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • Diagnose and resolve application incidents and system failures promptly to minimize service disruption.
  • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, upgrades, and business process improvements.
  • Participate in on-call and night shift support rotation as required.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and service continuity.
