Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in system/application support or programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for system/application enhancements and upgrades.
• Proactively monitor and maintain applications for high availability.
• Resolve IT incidents and provide technical support.
• Ensure disaster recovery procedures are in place.
