Main Responsibilities
  • IT Application Maintenance and Enhancement
    • Involved in all stages of software development life cycle (including maintenance and enhancement)
    • Develop, test, integrate and deploy application modules
    • Handle proper documentation for all application related changes
    • Support and update SIT, UAT and user operational manual
    • Responsible for handling all application procedures in the system
  • User Focus and Support Operations
    • Provide support to users to configure access to applications and troubleshoot application issues
    • Support and maintain existing applications (Web, Windows Clients)
    • Support annual Business Continuity Exercise
  • IT Application Projects
    • Lead and coordinate all IT application projects to drive to completion
    • Liaise with application vendor and internal support team for all application related projects
    • Conduct proper planning with vendor to lead and support projects
Qualifications
  • Recognized Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related qualification
Experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the insurance industry
Other Information
  • 5‑day work week (Mon‑Fri, 9 am – 6 pm)
