Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the water industry, preferably in EPC, OEM, or technology-driven companies.
• Strong technical foundation in process design and cost estimation.
• Familiar with Southeast Asia’s industrial and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of techno-commercial proposals for industrial water and wastewater projects.
• Coordinate across engineering, project management, procurement, and finance to deliver complete bids.
• Prepare cost estimates, technical write-ups, schedules, and risk assessments.
