A global banking institution in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a candidate to join the CIB Performance Management team. The role involves generating data insights to support business decisions, engaging with stakeholders to define metrics, and leveraging tools like Tableau and Python. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data analytics, stakeholder management, and project management, along with a commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
The candidate would be part of the broader CIB Performance Management team generating data insights to drive key business decisions. The candidate will be engaged in various key deliverables within the team focusing on analysing various process data and working with stakeholders to define key metrics and help build the required visualisation for data based decision making. The candidate will prioritize demand for the squad within the capacity of the team, articulating benefits of the work and tracking deliveries from end to end. Additionally the candidate will be expected to contribute to ongoing analytics use cases within the domain, assessing business requirements with consumer stakeholders and delivering insights on data.

Key Responsibilities
Risk Management
The ability to interpret Client Coverage data utilisation, opportunity for automation of processes and generation of key insights from data, whilst identifying key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
Governance
Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Hive\’s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls when delivering reporting and insights to business and operations, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas; Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
