About the Job

This role ensures Sanofi meets its transparency reporting obligations across Asia & Oceania by delivering accurate, complete, and timely disclosures of transfers of value to healthcare professionals and organizations. You will manage multi-source data collection, conduct rigorous quality reviews, strengthen controls, and ensure full compliance with country-specific transparency regulations.

At our Sanofi Business Services Kuala Lumpur Hub, you’ll join a purpose-driven and future-ready team recognized for delivering high-quality services across the region and globally. As Transparency Reporting Specialist within our Global Transparency Team, you’ll play a key role in upholding ethical standards, driving data integrity, and enabling transparent partnerships with healthcare stakeholders in Asia & Oceania.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and complete transparency reporting for regulated markets in Asia & Oceania (e.g., South Korea, Australia).
  • Collect, consolidate, and validate transparency data from OneCRM, Concur, Medispend, SAP, i-Shift, and other relevant systems.
  • Perform quality checks, identify data gaps, remediate issues, and resolve duplicates.
  • Engage stakeholders to clarify missing or inconsistent data.
  • Ensure all reporting templates are complete and compliant with country-specific requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory reviews.
  • Track resubmissions and update reporting records as needed.
  • Execute process and system controls to strengthen data integrity and compliance.
  • Perform data trend analysis to identify anomalies, recurring gaps, or risk indicators.
  • Support modernization, automation, and adoption of new tools across the Transparency organization.
  • Contribute to standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Escalate risks or improvement opportunities to the manager and demonstrate Sanofi values in daily work.
About You
Experience
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field; typically 2–4 years.
  • Strong ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
  • Exposure to transparency reporting or transfer-of-value processes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Concur, SAP, Medispend, OneCRM, or similar systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow strict compliance timelines.
  • Understanding of transparency regulations in Asia & Oceania preferred.
  • Experience with process automation or simplification is beneficial.
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking capability.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with documentation and version control.
  • Confident in asking questions, assessing risks, and prioritizing tasks.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel required.
  • Strong data analytics ability; Power BI or Qlik Sense preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Medispend and OneCRM is an advantage.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Languages: Advanced English and Korean proficiency.
