Senior Manager, Operation Resources Management

Role Purpose

To forecast, analyze, control, and produce the Operation Performance Report and represent BTW in division meetings for Below-the-Wing Management and formulate process improvement that complies with Business Rules, Standard Operating Procedures, Service Level Agreements, and Safety & Security regulations.

Key Accountability

• Enforce compliance with set standards by achieving high productivity and efficiency in manpower planning and rostering for analysts.
• To work together to achieve customer service objectives within the approved budget and the customer airlines' requirements.
• Prepare, produce and track an operations performance report regarding resources to meet ADS key operations performance targets.
• On-time performance
• Baggage Mishandling Target
• Supervise, control, and evaluate the operational performance and elevate non-conformities to the Business Unit for follow-up and improvement.
• Coordinate with BUs and other departments concerning resources and initiate actions
  in case the operation needs support for BCP.
• To validate business process functions based on the Daily Deliberation Review Meeting or Operation Review Meeting and ensure compliance with the ground handling manual.
• Perform any additional duties related to departmental roles as delegated by your supervisor and attend relevant meetings in their absence.
