Job summary

CelcomDigi Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Senior AI Solution Architect to lead end-to-end AI architectures for enterprise opportunities. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable AI solutions, run discovery workshops, and develop designs, roadmaps, and proposals across generative AI, ML, NLP and automation.

You will design across public, private and hybrid clouds, oversee data platforms, training, inference, and MLOps, and ensure governance, privacy, and risk considerations are met.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business analysis, solution architecture, data, software engineering or enterprise AI.
• Degree in CS/IT/Data Science/AI/Engineering with relevant cloud certifications.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI solution architecture for enterprise opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into secure, scalable AI solutions.
• Lead discovery, AI strategy workshops, architecture reviews, use-case assessments and PoCs.
• Develop AI solution architectures, HLD/LLD, data-flow designs, sizing, BoM and roadmaps.
• Design solutions across generative AI, LLMs, ML, CV, NLP, intelligent automation, agents and predictive analytics.
• Architect enterprise AI platforms across public, private and hybrid cloud; data platforms, training, inference, RAG, vector DBs, APIs and MLOps/LLMOps.
• Establish secure and responsible AI architectures covering privacy, IAM, governance, explainability, bias, content safety, compliance and auditability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Delivery, Cybersecurity, Legal, Finance and Bid Management to ensure technically sound, deliverable and commercially viable solutions with healthy margins.
• Evaluate AI technologies; build reusable architectures and best practices; lead commercial and delivery transition risks; define success measures.
