Responsibilities

• Lead the top‑level design and continuous evolution of the automated testing framework, taking ownership of overall test coverage and delivery quality.
• Leverage AI‑powered testing tools extensively to significantly improve the efficiency of test generation, execution, and analysis.
• Drive the standardization and implementation of AI‑assisted testing workflows across the team, and establish reusable testing asset libraries.
• Lead the development of functional testing, performance testing, stability testing, and chaos engineering frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to shift quality assurance practices earlier into the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in test development or automation testing, with strong proficiency in Python and/or Java, and hands‑on experience leading the development of testing platforms independently.
• Deep understanding of API automation, CI/CD integration, and mainstream testing frameworks, with the ability to design end‑to‑end quality engineering systems.
• Practical experience with AI testing tools or AI‑assisted QA workflows.
• Strong quality‑driven mindset with the ability to proactively drive quality improvements throughout the software development process.
• Experience testing financial systems, trading platforms, or high‑concurrency distributed systems is a strong plus.
