Job summary

Infineon Technologies is seeking a Senior Engineer Analytics and Artificial Intelligence to support Manufacturing and Operations. You will analyze and optimize decision processes, document use cases, and apply AI-enabled methods to accelerate solution identification.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-powered automation and ensure adoption with trainings. You will lead the exchange of requirements among process, data, and AI experts, showcase results to stakeholders, and

Qualifications

Master degree in industrial engineering, science or other technical studies.
Experience in business process modelling and automation in industry (preferable semiconductor).
Knowledge of Generative AI technologies and LLMs for business applications.
Experience with AI-assisted software development and modern delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Analyze, optimize, model and automate decision and business processes.
Structure and document use cases for decision processes with value and complexity assessment.
Apply AI-assisted methods for requirements engineering, process discovery and business analysis.
Implement solutions using low-code platforms and AI-assisted development environments.
Work with interdisciplinary teams to identify fitting AI/automation solutions.
Develop trainings and operating models to ensure adoption of AI-enhanced processes.
Establish a community to exchange on requirements and provide support.
Evaluate, prototype and operationalize AI agents and copilots for processes.
