Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in training, sales, or marketing in aesthetics, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven experience in HCP engagement, workshop facilitation, or KOL management.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute training curriculums for healthcare professionals.
• Partner with Product Managers for scientific-based events.
• Deliver training modules for Restylane and Sculptra.
• Monitor and evaluate CET activities against goals.
• Conduct internal sales training on product knowledge.
• Support Sales Team with in-clinic sessions.
• Manage product quality complaints in collaboration.
• Develop and maintain training materials.
• Stay updated with injection techniques and trends.
