A local organization in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced Administration Executive with at least 5 years of executive support experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong coordination skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing reports, and supporting senior management. A degree in Business Administration or related fields is required.
Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields
Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative or executive support role
Excellent coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English & Bahasa Malaysia
High level of professionalism, integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
Meticulous attention to details in documentation , scheduling and correspondence
Competent in office software ( eg. Microsoft Office)
Ability to prepare reports, draft minutes, and coordinate executive meetings
Experience in legal background and prior experience supporting senior management and Board-level executives.
