About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Senior Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at Kara Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

What you'll be doing
  • Responsible for general administration and support functions of the company which includes review of service or tenancy agreement, renewal of permits / licenses, application for office internet/phone line/utilities, event management, uniform management, health & safety measurements, etc.
  • Manage travel arrangements including purchase of air tickets, visa applications, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Manage calendars and various company events and activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage office supplies, assets management, office equipment and facilities upkeep and maintenance.
  • Undertake and manage project on upgrading facilities or office renovation.
  • Purchase of insurance for sales branches/offices.
  • Monitor expenses and prepare reporting for administration related activities.
  • Manage and resolve audit findings issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files related to administration.
  • Prepare ISO documentations & attend to audits for all administration related matters.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum Diploma holder or higher education in Business Administration / Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experiences in Administration.
  • Self-motivated and strong initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess own car with valid driving license
  • Possess positive and good working attitude, hardworking, good problem-solving skills and a team player.
