Job Overview

We are seeking an Administration Executive to support our operations team in Petaling Jaya.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in administration or operations.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
  • ISO knowledge is an advantage.
  • Active, good personality, positive work attitude and mindset.
  • Excellent time‑management skills and ability to prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task.
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin & Malay.
Job Responsibilities
  • Office administration.
  • Provide administrative support for the operations team.
  • Assist with the company’s legal actions.

  • Handle payment of office and quarter utilities bills.

Location & Salary

Successful applicant shall be based in Damansara Intan, Petaling Jaya. Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
