A leading inspection company in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Support professional to ensure efficient office operations. The role involves handling customer registrations, preparing invoices, and maintaining filing systems. Candidates should have at least 2 years of administrative experience and a Diploma. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is required, along with Mandarin language skills being an advantage. Own transport is necessary, and the location is in Kuantan.
Provide administration support to ensure efficient operation of office
Handling sample receiving, customer registration, job update to customer
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding and scanning etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone call, phone message and email
Preparation and issuance of test reports and invoices
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Answer phone calls & company messages, attending walk-in customer
Meet deadlines consistently and complete tasks in a timely and organized manner.
At least 2 year of working in administration
Minimum Diploma in a related field
Required skills: MS Word and MS Excel
Willing to work in Kuantan
Own transport is required
Required Languages: Mandarin, English & Malay
Proficiency in reading Mandarin is an advantage
