We are seeking an organised and experienced Senior Accounts Payable to join our dynamic team at University Book Store (M) Sdn Bhd's head office in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the efficient management of all accounts payable functions to ensure timely payments and maintain strong financial controls.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Develop and implement efficient procedures and systems to streamline accounts payable processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices while maintaining strong financial controls.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers for management.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as warehouse and procurement, to ensure effective communication and integration of accounts payable functions.

Requirements
