Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the preparation of full set accounts & reports
  • Managing cash flow position & credit control for financial planning
  • Reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate financial records
  • Processing expense reports, payment requests and invoicing requests
  • Preparing bank‑related applications and handling bank facility transactions – LC/Term Loan/Term Deposit/BG
  • liaising with external parties such as bankers, tax agents, auditors, co‑secretaries and government authorities
  • Year‑end tax & audit preparation
  • Assisting and supporting all aspects of the finance division
  • Ad‑hoc assignments and projects as required by management
Additional Duties
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries related to invoices and payments
  • Liaising with sales teams and other departments on financial matters
  • Using accounting software and spreadsheets
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred); minimum 3–5 years of experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must)
  • Knowledge of AutoCount Software will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
