Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of full set accounts & reports
- Managing cash flow position & credit control for financial planning
- Reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate financial records
- Processing expense reports, payment requests and invoicing requests
- Preparing bank‑related applications and handling bank facility transactions – LC/Term Loan/Term Deposit/BG
- liaising with external parties such as bankers, tax agents, auditors, co‑secretaries and government authorities
- Year‑end tax & audit preparation
- Assisting and supporting all aspects of the finance division
- Ad‑hoc assignments and projects as required by management
Additional Duties
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries related to invoices and payments
- Liaising with sales teams and other departments on financial matters
- Using accounting software and spreadsheets
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred); minimum 3–5 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must)
- Knowledge of AutoCount Software will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
