Senior Accounts Executive/Account Executive

Cash and Liquidity Management: Oversee daily cash management activities, optimizing cash flow and maintaining operational liquidity.

Treasury Operations: Manage short-term and long-term financing strategies, ensuring effective use of debt and equity resources, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.

Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks (foreign exchange, interest rates, liquidity, etc.), and implement hedging strategies to mitigate these risks.

Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts, working closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Debt Management: Oversee the company’s debt portfolio, including managing interest payments, refinancing, and structuring debt to align with business strategy.

Investment Strategy: Develop strategies for the company’s investment portfolio to maximize returns while maintaining appropriate risk levels.

Treasury Reporting: Prepare regular treasury reports for senior management, detailing cash positions, debt status, liquidity, and any other financial metrics relevant to the business.

Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and relevant regulations regarding treasury functions.

Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior team members and collaborate with other finance teams to ensure effective financial management and decision-making.

Strategic Planning: Partner with senior executives to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations on mergers, acquisitions, and capital structure decisions.

Person Specification / Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) preferred.

7+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, debt financing, risk management, and financial markets.

Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Knowledge of treasury software, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge in accounting software will be added advantage.

Construction background is an advantage.

Good attention to details and follow up skills.
