A leading business service provider in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive for a 3-month contract. The role requires maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and the position offers valuable exposure to various clients and cultures.
Maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals accurately.
Process invoices, payments, receipts, and reimbursements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure proper bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
Prepare and submit financial statements and annual returns via MBRS (XBRL) portal.
Map financial data to MBRS taxonomy and validate filings using MBRS Preparation Tool (mTool).
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with company secretarial and compliance teams for MBRS filings.
Liaise with auditors during statutory audits and MBRS-related validations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of MBRS, XBRL, and MBRS Preparation Tool (mTool) is a strong advantage.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with auditors, management, and compliance teams.
