We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage our company’s financial records and support administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a range of accounting and office management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage bookkeeping and maintain a full set of accounts.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare creditors and debtors aging reports.

Prepare and submit financial reports and accounts for external auditing & liaise with the auditor.

Ensure accurate documentation, filing, and maintenance of accounting records in compliance with company policies.

Oversee the implementation and adherence to accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls.

Manage assigned accounting tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Assist with internal audit functions as needed.

Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least an LCCI, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.

Proficiency in speaking and writing in English and Mandarin is a must. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.

Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and responsible individual with a positive working attitude.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and perform independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required, ability to use Excel advanced functions such as VLOOKUP is a plus point.

Proficient in AutoCount Accounting software is required.
