A leading manufacturing company in Shah Alam seeks an experienced finance professional to handle full accounting duties, including Accounts Payable, Receivable, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3 years of experience. Strong analytical and organizational skills, along with proficiency in AX System and Microsoft Excel, are essential. This role offers a dynamic work environment in a growing team.
Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations of Singapore Office.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
· Prepare and submit Quarterly GST to IRAS.
Liaison with the auditor; company secretary and tax agent during the year-end audit.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AP, AR, GL, or financial reporting
• Experience in AX System is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Good communication and organizational skills
