About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team at Dong Sing Food Link Sdn. Bhd. in Selangor. This full‑time role is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished finance professional to take on a key position within our organisation and contribute to our continued growth and success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily financial operations and handle full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Perform all banking related duties.
• Liaise with tax agent, auditors, bankers, company secretary and government.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring prompt collection of payments and timely settlement of invoices.
• Reconcile bank accounts and other general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

What We're Looking For

• Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent accounting professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in full set accounting, auditing, or similar roles.
• Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insight.
• Ability to work at Semenyih, Selangor area.
