Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia, an executive recruitment firm is partnering with a leading F&B group to hire a Senior Accounts Executive. The role involves managing the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions and ensuring compliance with Malaysia's e-Invoicing (LHDN).

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts including month-end closing and reconciliations.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
• Monitor cash flow of the Company.
• Verify, reconcile and update all daily accounting entries including receipts, payments and invoices in the accounting system.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia's e-Invoicing (LHDN) and support e-invoice submissions.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, company secretary and all related government agencies.
• Support other finance projects assigned by Finance Manager or Head of Finance.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related filed / Partial Professional Qualification or equivalent.
• At least 3-4 years working experience in related field, preferably in F&B or retail.
• Knowledge in MYOB.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
