Job description

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts for multiple companies within our group. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities
  • Prepare and maintain General Ledger (GL)
  • Prepare and post Journal Entries (JE)
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and collection tracking
  • Ensure accounting records are accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant
  • Perform and coordinate month‑end closing activities
  • Prepare management reports and financial statements
  • Assist with year‑end closing and audit schedules
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and company secretary
  • Prepare statutory reports and support tax submissions
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Support SST/GST, regulatory filings and other compliance requirements
  • Maintain documentation for audit trail and internal controls
  • Manage transactions and reporting across multiple group entities
  • Ensure proper intercompany reconciliation and documentation
  • Support consolidation where necessary
  • Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls
  • Handle ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of FRS accounting standards
  • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, etc.)
  • Good communication skills; responsible, organised and detail‑oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
